Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK and iThenticate V1 may have experienced issues downloading Similarity Reports and Submission Receipts. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

BST: October 16th, 07:00 - October 16th, 09:45
PDT: October 15th, 23:00 - October 16th, 01:45
AEDT: October 16th, 17:00 - October 16th, 19:45
