We’ve fixed it!

Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin Similarity, SimCheck, Originality, Authorship, Crossref Similarity Check and iThenticate V2 in the Americas (US environment), may have encountered errors when logging in and subsequently been unable to launch into the service. Users accessing these services via an integration, may also have been affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT: August 25, 13:25 - August 25, 14:55
BST: August 25, 21:25 - August 25, 22:55
AEST: August 26, 06:25 - August 26, 07:55
