Due to a network outage experienced by a 3rd party network provider, users may have been unable to access any of Turnitin's services or received a 503 error when attempting to access our services.

We encountered the degradation between the following times:

PDT August 30th 03:04 - 08:10
BST August 30th 11:04 - 16:10
AEST August 30th 20:04 - 01:10 August 31st
