Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin Originality, Turnitin Similarity, SimCheck and Crossref Similarity Check in Europe, may have experienced slower than normal report generation times today. Users accessing these services via an integration may also have been affected.

We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

BST: May 20th 11:37 - May 20th 15:59
AEST: May 20th 20:37 - May 21st 00:59
