Due to an unexpected service incident, users of SimCheck, Similarity, Originality, Crossref Similarity Check, and iThenticate V2, in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region may have experienced delays in the generation of Similarity Reports. Users, accessing these services via an integration, may also have been affected.

We’re pleased to confirm that the issue has now been resolved.

The incident occurred between the following times:
