Due to an unexpected service degradation, iThenticate users accessing the service via our API may have experienced slowness when opening the Document Viewer, and been unable to view match details in the side panel. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.
We encountered a degradation between the following times:

We’ve run into some issues.
iThenticate is currently experiencing an unexpected service degradation.
During this time, you may experience slowness when opening the Document Viewer and the match details in the side panel may fail to load. This should only affect users accessing the service via our API.
As a workaround, the match details can be accessed by opening the Text-only report.
