Due to an unexpected service incident, users may have been unable to log in via Turnitinuk.com, Turnitin.com and iThenticate.com today. Users accessing these services via an integration, or SSO, would have also been affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

BST: October 17th 18:53 - October 17th 19:07
AEDT: October 18th 04:53 - October 18th 05:07
