Due to an unexpected service interruption, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, SimCheck, Similarity, Originality, iThenticate, and Crossref Similarity Check may have experienced the error message ‘Your Session Has Expired. The request failed because of a server error’, which resulted in being unable to open their report. Users accessing these services via an integration may also have been affected.
We are however pleased to advise that service has been restored!
