Incident Report for Turnitin

Users of Turnitin and Turnitin UK, as well as those accessing the service via an integration, may have encountered an issue when downloading the Current View of their reports.

The Similarity score may have been missing on the downloaded version of the report. This wouldn’t have affected users viewing the report in the Turnitin viewer, only PDF versions of the report.

We are pleased to advise that the issue has been resolved.

We encountered a disruption between the following times:
